Shilajit Drink Recipes: 5 Herbal Tonics for Energy, Focus, Sleep & Immunity

These are rituals with a purpose: layering plant intelligence in forms your body recognizes, using preparations that took weeks to make so you can receive them in minutes. Each of these drinks was developed by our collective, combining our spagyric formulas with ingredients that amplify what the herbs already offer.

There's a moment in the morning before the day begins to pull at you, when the body is still close to sleep, the nervous system soft and receptive. This is when we choose to drink intentionally.

The Elixirs

1. Morning Mineral Tonic

For the mornings when you need to feel grounded before you feel energized.

Shilajit doesn't need to compete with anything. It's ancient mineral resin from 16,000 feet in the Pakistani Himalayas, 84+ trace minerals and fulvic acid your cells have been waiting for. MOSS DROPS adds the sea's mineral complexity: 92 minerals from our spagyric Irish Moss extract. Together, they meet your biology where it actually lives: at the mineral level.

What you'll need:

  • 8-10 oz warm water (aim for 140°F, hot water can degrade delicate compounds)

  • 10-15 drops Himalayan Shilajit Drops

  • 10 drops MOSS DROPS

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Pinch of sea salt

How to make it:

Warm your water and let it settle off the boil. Add Shilajit Drops first, watch the dark fulvic concentrate ribbon through the water. Add MOSS DROPS. Stir. Add honey, lemon, salt. Drink while warm.

What you're receiving: Fulvic acid functions as a mineral transporter, it helps carry what you've already consumed into the cells that need it. MOSS DROPS deepens that mineral base. Lemon increases bioavailability of the mineral compounds. This drink doesn't spike anything. It builds.

Start here on the days when everything else feels like too much. The earth gives before it elevates.

2. Adaptogenic Morning Fuel

For the days when you need to rise clear and sustain it.

Go State is our flagship spagyric energy formula: Eleuthero, Rhodiola, and Schisandra prepared through a spagyric extraction that preserves the complete intelligence of each herb. This is the kind of energy that comes from your adrenal system being supported rather than hijacked. We build this drink around cacao and coconut to honor that.

What you'll need:

  • 10 oz hot water or warm nut milk (oat and coconut both work beautifully)

  • 1 tbsp raw ceremonial-grade cacao powder

  • 1-2 tsp coconut butter or MCT oil

  • 15-20 drops Go State

  • 10 drops Himalayan Shilajit Drops

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup to taste

How to make it:

Blend the cacao into your hot liquid until no clumps remain. Add coconut butter and blend again, this creates a natural emulsion that helps the formula absorb. Add Go State and Shilajit Drops. Stir, sweeten, finish with cinnamon.

What you're receiving: Rhodiola and Eleuthero support the HPA axis, helping your body modulate its stress response rather than override it. Shilajit's fulvic acid escorts minerals through cellular membranes. Cacao adds theobromine for a gentle sustained opening without the cortisol spike of coffee. Together, a complete adaptogenic morning stack in one cup.

Best for mornings before creative work, movement, or anything requiring sustained presence.

3. Cognitive Clarity Elixir

For the hours when the work needs all of you.

Flow State is our nootropic spagyric: Lion's Mane, Ginkgo, and cognitive herbs prepared through the same alchemical extraction as Go State. This drink is built to support what Flow State already does: sharpen focus without narrowing you. We pair it with green tea for its L-theanine, which softens the edge of any stimulation, and keep it light so it doesn't compete with digestion.

What you'll need:

  • 8 oz green tea, brewed and cooled to 140°F (matcha works well here too)

  • 15-20 drops Flow State

  • 10 drops Himalayan Shilajit Drops

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

How to make it:

Brew your green tea. Let it steep 2-3 minutes. Cool slightly. Add Flow State and Shilajit Drops. Sweeten gently with honey. Drink slowly over 15-20 minutes rather than all at once.

What you're receiving: Lion's Mane supports neurogenesis, the brain's capacity to form new connections. Ginkgo increases cerebral circulation. L-theanine from green tea works synergistically with the formula's botanicals to create alert calm rather than jittery focus. Shilajit's fulvic acid crosses the blood-brain barrier more efficiently than most mineral forms.

This is a drink for the hours that ask something of you. Make it slowly. Begin working slowly.

4. Immune Intelligence Tonic

For the season-change days, the travel days, the I-can't-afford-to-get-sick days.

Immune Intelligence is one of the most complete formulas we make: medicinal mushrooms (Reishi, Chaga, Turkey Tail), ancient resins (Frankincense, Suhul Myrrh), antimicrobial botanicals (Clove, Yarrow), Blue Turmeric, Schisandra, and Black Pepper, all spagyrically extracted to preserve the full intelligence of each plant. This drink wraps it in warming spices and raw honey for a tonic that works with the formula's immune-modulating and anti-inflammatory properties rather than against them.

What you'll need:

  • 8-10 oz hot water

  • 20 drops Immune Intelligence

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger (or ½ tsp ginger powder)

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • Squeeze of orange or lemon

How to make it:

If using fresh ginger, steep it in hot water for 5 minutes first. Add Immune Intelligence. Stir in honey. Squeeze citrus in last, vitamin C supports immune function and brightens the earthy depth of the mushrooms and resins. Drink warm.

What you're receiving: Reishi, Chaga, and Turkey Tail deliver beta-glucans and polysaccharides that modulate and activate immune cells, supporting the body's response to threats rather than overriding it. Frankincense and Suhul Myrrh provide broad-spectrum antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory support. Clove's eugenol offers fast-acting antioxidant and antimicrobial action. Blue Turmeric supports lymphatic circulation and reduces inflammatory burden. Schisandra protects the liver and supports detoxification. Black Pepper's piperine increases bioavailability of the whole formula.

Daily during high-exposure periods. Every other day as a maintenance practice.

5. Dream State Evening Ritual

For the transition from doing to being.

Dream State is our sleep and dream spagyric: Mugwort, Blue Lotus, Yarrow, and Chamomile, plants with long histories of supporting the nervous system's journey into rest and the subconscious's journey into depth. This drink is warm, slightly sweet, gently floral, and built to transition the body into rest.

What you'll need:

  • 8 oz warm oat milk or chamomile tea

  • 20 drops Dream State

  • 1 tsp raw honey

How to make it:

Warm your oat milk gently, don't bring it to a boil. Pour over chamomile tea if layering both. Add Dream State. Stir in honey slowly. Drink in a quiet place. No screens.

What you're receiving: Chamomile modulates GABA receptors, the brain's primary calming neurotransmitter system, and has been shown in clinical trials to reduce anxiety severity before sleep. Blue Lotus brings dopaminergic calm, opening the mind toward richer, more imaginative dreamscapes without sedation. Mugwort is the traditional dream herb: long used to support vivid dreams, improved recall, and lucid dreaming. Yarrow provides a grounding, anti-inflammatory base that supports the whole nervous system's recovery through the night.

A Note from the Collective

These recipes emerged the same way our formulas do, through attention, iteration, and respect for what the plants are already doing. We made them because this is how we drink: in the mornings when the light is low, in the afternoons when the work deepens, in the evenings when we ask the day to release us.

The goal was never to hack your biology. It was to return it to something it already knows how to do, regulate, restore, rebuild, when given the materials it evolved alongside.

Start with one. Make it slowly. Pay attention to what changes.
