At Fractal Forest, our mission is to offer products crafted with intention, integrity, and the highest standards of quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

What’s Not Returnable?

To ensure the integrity and safety of our offerings, the following items cannot be returned:

  •  Opened Products: Any product with a broken seal, removed sticker, or torn packaging is considered opened and is not eligible for return.

  •  Items Not Purchased from FractalForest.co: Only products purchased directly from our official website are eligible for return.

  •  Items Without Proof of Purchase: Orders without an order number or packing slip will not be accepted for return.

  •  Final Sale Items: For hygienic reasons, certain products, including select botanicals, resins, and all apparel, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

  •  Gift Cards: Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

How to Return Unopened Products

If your product is unopened and meets the eligibility criteria, you may return it by following these steps:

  1.  Request a Return: Contact us at hello@fractalforest.co within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return request.

  2.  Return Authorization: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us. The product must be shipped within 14 days of authorization.

  3.  Provide Proof of Purchase: Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return, listing your name, address, and order number for verification.

  4.  Condition of Returns: Returned products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  5.  Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels or cover shipping fees.

  •  Processing Time: Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 7-14 business days for processing and approval.

  •  No Guaranteed Results: Results may vary from person to person, and product efficacy is not guaranteed.

  •  Medical Advisory: Fractal Forest’s products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
