Shipping and Delivery

We have opened international shipping for select countries! If you have any questions please email us, hello@fractalforest.co

 

All of our products are intentionally packaged and shipped in 100% sustainable, recycled, and non-toxic materials; from our shipping boxes to packing materials and tape. 
Every formulation is made in small batches by our team, and mindfully packaged in low waste, recycled and forever recyclable materials – paper and glass. On occasion, there is a delay in shipping due to a backlog of product creation and high demand.

Processing Time

Orders that are in stock will ship out within 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed, unless the product is on backorder. 

Our warehouse ships Monday-Friday every week. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. 

 

Shipping time

Domestic shipping, delivery can take between 1-5 business days.

For international orders, delivery can take between 7-90 business days. 

We are not responsible or liable for Priority Mail Express packages that are delayed. Please file a claim with USPS for a refund. 

 

International

The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and fees upon delivery.

No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.

We are unable to assist with tracking beyond US borders, as we have no control over items once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of the US Postal Shipping Services. 

 

Lost Packages

Can’t find your package? Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” when being passed off from one carrier to another. Please allow 1–2 additional business days for your package to arrive or reach out to the carrier directly with additional questions.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any further information beyond the tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to an error with the USPS system. Please make sure you have a secure shipping address, and please email us if you would like to add signature confirmation with your order. We recommend going into your local postal office and asking them about your delivery if lost. You can also file a claim with them; however, this is not our responsibility. Thank you for your understanding. 

Please double check your shipping address before you place your order! We can no longer change the address once it is shipped out, and will need to receive a reshipment fee before we resend any package out due to an incorrect shipping address. 

 

Reshipping

Packages are returned for several reasons.  If you wish to have your package reshipped, you must email us with your name (the name on your order) along with your order number and that you are still interested in receiving your purchased items.  Please make sure your address is correct when you place your order, or we will need to charge a reship fee to send the package back to you. 

The package will have to go through our return policy of inspection before we can replace, refund, or reship.

If the package was returned because of an error on our end, and it passes our in-house inspection (see our Return Policy), we will reship the package at no cost to you.

If the package is returned due to an error other than from us, shipping costs must be paid before we can reship your package.

We are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or deliver fees. 

Unfortunately, we cannot process ANY refunds after 1 year from the order date. Your credit will be applied to gift card that you can use on our online portal at any time.
