Due to the handmade nature of all of our products, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact support@fractalforestkauai.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

We want you to be as happy with our products as we are. 

If your package was lost in transit, please be in touch within 6 months - 1 year.

We will gladly offer you a store credit after this time.
