Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be as happy with our products as we are!
Since our products cannot be resold once opened and in an effort to minimize waste, please contact our team prior to ordering should you have any specific questions on our products.
Due to the handmade nature of all of our products, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Returns will only be offered in extenuating cases, as determined by our team. We reserve the right limit or refuse a return based on internal policies. In addition, we cannot refund any processing fees that were incurred for any purchase.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will offer refunds on subscriptions two weeks before your next ship date. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions if your monthly order has already been processed and shipped.
