A Guide to Your Subscription Portal

Your Fractal Forest subscription is designed to move with you. Life shifts. Travel happens. Sometimes you simply need your next delivery sooner or a little later than planned. The customer portal gives you full control over how your subscription works, so you can adjust shipping details, update payment information, change products, or modify delivery timing whenever it makes sense for you.

Below, you will find a simple guide to the main tools inside your portal. These options allow you to keep your subscription aligned with your routine while ensuring your products arrive exactly when you need them.

Edit Shipping & Billing

Shipping Information

Click the ‘Edit’ button to adjust your delivery address

Billing

Under Billing, you can either:

-Edit the primary payment method

-Add a backup card in case the primary payment method fails

Managing Products in Your Subscription

Under ‘Products’ in your customer portal, you can:

-Increase the amount of items in your current subscription

-Swap current subscription items for a different item

-Add products to your existing subscription

Adjust & Edit Your Subscription

At the top of your portal, you have a few options to manage your subscription.

Get Now

The "Get Now" button triggers immediate fulfillment of your next subscription order, but it processes the upcoming order right away instead of waiting for the scheduled date.

This means you get your order sooner, but your regular subscription schedule stays the same.

Think of it as getting their next order early; the recurring schedule continues as normal from the original planned date.

Skip

When you click "Skip," it delays your next order to a future date.

The skip pushes your delivery and billing dates forward by the interval you choose, like skipping one billing cycle or delaying by a few weeks.

Edit Frequency

Edit frequency lets you change how often your subscription recurs.

Cancel

Clicking the “Cancel” button cancels your recurring subscription order.
